Roles

RoleAccess
OwnerFull access, including billing and team management.
MemberManage connections, sites, and syncs. No billing.
ClientRead-only access to assigned sites.
Owner is not an invitable role — it belongs to whoever holds the account.
Client is the role for the people whose site it is. They can see what’s syncing without being able to change a mapping or delete a connection.

Inviting

1

Invite

Enter the teammate’s email and pick a role.
2

They accept

They appear as pending until they accept, then active.
If an invite goes stale, resend it.

Managing members

  • Edit — change a member’s display name or role.
  • Remove — revoke access.
  • Resend invite — for anyone still pending.

Seat limits

Your plan sets the seat count. When you’re out:
Seat limit reached — Upgrade your plan to invite more members.
Free up a seat by removing a member, or upgrade.
Seat enforcement is based on your API plan, which may allow fewer seats than the plan card advertised at checkout. If the numbers disagree, the enforced limit is the one you hit. Contact support if you were billed for seats you can’t use.
